Slates for 3-piece tables are drilled automatically after being assembled as a complete set, in order to ensure accurate location of holes as per specification. This new computer-controlled drilling machine, has been projected and patented by ITALARDESIA.

All six pockets are cut at the same time according to each customer’s specification by a computer-controlled machine.

The set, complete with dowels, pockets, holes is now carefully floated to obtain theperfectly flat, smooth top surface required for the game. The back has been floated first.
